Bob is a real estate and business lawyer concentrating his practice on commercial, investment, and institutional property. He handles business planning and implementation strategies, including business entity (ownership structures) and real estate transactions. Bob also concentrates on projects involving development and conservation of real property, including development agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, and contracts.
Bob is the co-author of the Commercial Real Estate Pocket Guide, along with Kimberly Bohle.

Significant Matters:
Bob represented the buyer in the purchase of an industrial property in Baltimore City that was acquired for redevelopment for commercial and residential purposes. Bob had primary responsibility for a Section 1031 exchange involving the sale of one investment property and the acquisition of six replacement properties in five different states with properties valued at over Seventy Million Dollars ($70,000,000). Bob also has negotiated joint venture transactions involving minority contractors in Baltimore City redevelopment projects.
