Kim began her practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, focusing on commercial litigation including insurance defense and the defense of products liability and premises liability claims.

At WL, Kim counsels business clients in a full range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and modification, contract review and negotiation and real estate development. She represents clients ranging from multi-million dollar companies, to middle market companies, start-ups and non-profit organizations. By listening to her clients and visiting them to learn as much as possible about their businesses’ long-term objectives and management style, Kim can anticipate issues and address all aspects of a problem from a long-range perspective. As a result, she has guided a large number of businesses from initial formation to become multi-million dollar commercial enterprises in a variety of industries.

Kim is also the co-author of the Commercial Real Estate Pocket Guide (2011), along with Robert Porter.

When not in the office, Kim is active in numerous other causes including multiple sclerosis research and non-profits that assist women in obtaining job placement. Kim previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Maryland, an organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools.  Also, Kim is a huge fan of the Maryland SPCA in honor of her two “rescue” dogs, Winston and Cleo.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys reading, playing the piano, honing her culinary skills and spending time with her family and friends.
