Ruth began her legal career in 1986, working with small businesses and individuals in a varied general practice. For several years, Ruth focused exclusively upon small business management, taking a variety of internal management roles with business and financial service providers.

Prior to joining Wagonheim & Associates, Ruth served as HR Director and Associate General Counsel to a Maryland-based biotechnology corporation. Ruth's practice is focused upon private companies, as well as banking and credit institutions.
