Bottom Line Business Blog

Not long ago, I was walking through a tradeshow vendor expo and stopped at the booth of a large Baltimore law firm. The design for the brochure alone must have cost thousands. Nice font. Fine paper. Nice images.

It used all the right words, too. The brochure talked about quality and responsiveness, strategic planning and the value of listening. What it failed to do was say anything of substance about the essence of the law firm. If you somehow replaced that firm’s name with the name of any other law firm, it wouldn’t have made a damn bit of difference.

That’s why we don’t have a brochure. Instead, we have a blog.

Our blog reflects our firm’s passion for small to mid-sized companies. We discuss our philosophies and approach to every aspect of business: leadership, HR, collection, social media, dispute resolution, mergers & acquisition, and strategic planning. We throw in some law too, but if you’re looking for a blog all about the latest Court of Appeals case, you’ve come to the wrong place.

This blog is about the bottom line concerns that affect small businesses across the board. Like it or not, this blog is uniquely us.
